We’ve just been informed by our friends at Sony Online Entertainment that the promotion allowing our previous customers to rejoin Pirates of the Burning Sea for a 14-day free trial was accidentally ended prematurely. We are working with our publishing partners to reactivate this promotion, which will allow our returning customers to participate in the 14-day free trial promotion without interruption.
We appreciate your patience while we wait for news that SOE has reactivated our 14-day free trial for previous customers. We will alert the community just as soon as we know more.

Delay to 1.10 Upgrade

We recently announced that we will be allowing our Australian customers to transfer over to our SOE servers, and we will be unveiling that system imminently.
Our transfer system requires both the source and destination servers to be on the same version. That means that we will be delaying out our upgrade of the North American and European servers to 1.10 so that it does not prevent anyone from transferring their characters.
We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused by this. We are currently planning to upgrade all servers to 1.10 early next week.

Build 1.10: The Calm Before the Storm Goes Live Wednesday Morning!

We will be upgrading our North American / European live servers to build 1.10: The Calm Before the Storm during the usual maintenance window (1:30am-5:00am Pacific / 9.30am-1.00pm GMT) on Wednesday, November 19th.
When build 1.10 is deployed to our live servers, character copies to the Testbed server will be active.
